Ralf started his career in the luxury hotel business where he became director of food & beverage at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
He has spent the past 10 years as general manager and co-founder of A’DAM Six Senses in the A’DAM tower in Amsterdam, which has quickly become one of Amsterdam’s most iconic mixed-use building cases and tourist attractions. Ralf is part of the national board of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland.

Nienke has been working at Velvet Square for two years and serves as the Community & Hospitality host at Zuiderhof II. She is a welcoming and trusted point of contact for the tenants and suppliers.
In addition to her responsibilities at Zuiderhof II, she plays an active role in marketing and onboarding teams; managing social media for the various locations and supporting Velvet Square’s internal marketing initiatives.

From creating delicious meals and managing the kitchen operations to supporting the team and keeping everything running smoothly, Agatha brings passion and dedication to everything she does.

Jewel is the driving force behind Café Velvet Square. As Assistant Manager, she makes sure everything in the café runs smoothly and that both guests and tenants feel welcome.
From supporting the team and keeping daily operations on track to coordinating events and making sure everything is perfectly prepared, Jewel is always involved. With her positive attitude, eye for detail, and hands-on approach, she knows how to keep the café running while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
