Ralf started his career in the luxury hotel business where he became director of food & beverage at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
He has spent the past 10 years as general manager and co-founder of A’DAM Six Senses in the A’DAM tower in Amsterdam, which has quickly become one of Amsterdam’s most iconic mixed-use building cases and tourist attractions. Ralf is part of the national board of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland.

Nienke has been working at Velvet Square for two years and serves as the hospitality host at Zuiderhof II. She is a welcoming and trusted point of contact for the tenants and suppliers. In addition to her front-desk responsibilities, she plays an active role in marketing; managing social media for the various locations and supporting Velvet Square’s internal marketing initiatives.
