MAX & MOORE
Step into Max & Moore in Amsterdam North. It's more than just a building; it's a refreshing workspace where city vibes meet eco-friendliness and comfort, creating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere.
With 9,800 sqm of office space and a cosy café with a terrace, Max & Moore invites you to experience the new era of the workplace. The Velvet Square Café is a welcoming spot for colleagues, friends, neighbours, or anyone seeking a place to unwind.
Role of Velvet Square: Create – Build – Operate
Velvet Square conceived, developed, and operates Max & Moore. From the initial concept and design to the realization and daily management, we ensure the building functions as a vibrant, sustainable workplace where people and community come together.
OUR PROJECT
ZUIDERHOF II
Located in the western part of the Amsterdam South Axis, Zuiderhof II is a multi-tenant office building that offers a dynamic and professional work environment. With its strategic location and a new lobby design by MAAQ, the building combines functionality, comfort, and a strong sense of community.
With 17,600 sq m of office space, Zuiderhof II provides a range of luxurious facilities, including a restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, terrace, and gym. The building’s A-energy label reflects a strong commitment to sustainability, making it not just a workplace, but a green and efficient hub for businesses.
Role of Velvet Square: Operate
Velvet Square operates the reception and supports the daily management of Zuiderhof II. Through our hospitality-driven approach, we help ensure the building functions as a welcoming and well-managed workplace where tenants, visitors, and the community feel at home.

At the Van Gendt Hallen, Velvet Square is responsible for creating, building, and operating all hospitality and event spaces. From concept to execution, we deliver places designed to connect people, host memorable events, and elevate the overall experience. With a strong focus on atmosphere, service, and flexibility, the Van Gent Hallen offer a dynamic setting where hospitality truly comes to life.

FloriWorld
"What we experience today shapes how we live tomorrow."
FloriWorld will become a unique, ultra-modern, and state-of-the-art ambassador center for exhibitors and visitors, where people meet to gain inspiration and establish commercial connections.
At FloriWorld, located centrally on the Royal Flora Holland grounds in Aalsmeer, you’ll find a carefully curated selection of top brands and exclusive suppliers all under one roof. The continuously updated assortment, with dynamic and surprising product displays, responds to the latest developments and seasonal trends. A dynamic meeting place at an iconic location, where business, creativity, inspiration, events, flexible working, and networking come together.
Velvet Square is the hospitality partner of FloriWorld and played an essential part in the pre-opening phase. After opening Velvet Square will manage day-to-day operations.
